Sourcing & supplier verification
We maintain working relationships with manufacturers across China, India, Southeast Asia and Europe. For each requirement we shortlist producers, obtain specification sheets and samples, compare offers on grade, not just price, and verify export track record before anything is committed. You see the origin and the specification before you decide.
Indenting
As your appointed indenting agent we negotiate with the manufacturer on your behalf and arrange direct manufacturer-to-buyer shipment. The commission structure is transparent to both sides; the contract, proforma and shipping documents are prepared and checked by us. You get factory-direct pricing with local accountability.
Direct import & supply
For fast-moving lines we import on our own account, clear the goods and hold stock in Dhaka. Feed mills, hatcheries and distributors buy against a simple purchase order with immediate or short lead times, no L/C, no waiting for a vessel.
Quality assurance & documentation
Every consignment ships with a certificate of analysis and country-of-origin documentation. Where the buyer requires it we arrange third-party pre-shipment inspection, and we retain lot samples so any dispute can be settled against evidence rather than argument.
Logistics & customs clearance
Freight booking, L/C handling, port clearance and inland delivery are coordinated by our own team. We track the shipment from loading port to your warehouse and handle the paperwork at every step, so material arrives when your production plan expects it.
